River Edge Orthodontics was formed at Feiler Dental Associates as a specialized practice for treating orthodontic patients. We have the ability to treat all of your orthodontic needs with state-of-the-art technology and superb care.
Our service is not limited to children. Patients will recieve the same quality care regardless of age or level of treatment. We make our best effort to accomodate everyone. If a child is under the age of 7, we will take a developmental approach to orthodontics to prevent and intercept any problems that can arise. For teens and young adults, cosmetics becomes a big part of what we do.

Meet Dr. Saju Mathew, Orthodontist
Dr. Saju Mathew treats both children and adults at River Edge Orthodontics, where he recieves rave reviews from his patients who enjoy personalized care. His patients receive constant evaluation and observation that produce fantastic results.
Dr. Mathew graduated with honors from Cornell University where he received his Bachelor of Science. He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 2002 and received his D.D.S. He then continued on to obtain his Certificate in Orthodontics in 2005. He went on to work in private practice for 3 years and then join Feiler Dental Associates in 2008, forming River Edge Orthodontics in 2010.
Dr. Mathew’s professional memberships include the New Jersey State Dental Association, the Essex County Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists. He is also Invisalign and Lingual iBraces Certified. Since the fall of 2005 he has held a faculty position at the New York University School of Dentistry as an Invisalign instructor.
Dr. Mathew has also been honored with several national awards. In 2000 he received the NIDCR/NIH Summer Dental Student Research Award. In 2001 he received the ADEA-Listerine Preventive Dentistry Award as well as the AADR/Dentsply Student Research Award.

Dr. Kenneth N. Feiler has been creating beautiful smiles for more than 30 years, including those of celebrities from sports, film, television, and Broadway. As a graduate of Rutgers University as well as the Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine, where he later taught prosthodontics and oral diagnosis, he has written and continues to write articles on all aspects of dentistry. This has expanded into founding and directing the New Jersey Health Professionals Development Institute (NJHPDI), which offers a variety of health education courses for dental professionals.
Dr. Feiler is an Invisalign Premier Provider, a designation he earned by being one of the nation's most experienced providers of this comfortable, nearly invisible alternative to metal braces.
River Edge Orthodontics has a diverse team of assistants catering to patients’ dental needs. Each member of our team is a licensed health professional highly trained for orthodontics and general dental needs. They cater to our patients' concerns and home care.
About Feiler Dental Associates
Our office works closely with Feiler Dental Associates, which makes up a team of experienced, talented dentists. This relationship offers to our patients all phases of dentistry under one roof. If an orthodontic patient needs a tooth extraction, we can perform a same day operation in the same room. Often, our patients have an opportunity to speak with both their dentist and orthodontist ensuring the best solutions for them.
Location & Hours
Our office has plenty of parking, including handicap parking spaces in front of the entrance. An elevator is also located near the entrance to access our office on the first floor.
We are open during the week and even have Saturday hours available! Our office is located at 1060 Main St., River Edge, NJ 07661.
